Good communication skills, and good knowledge of MS Office and web marketing. Driving growth and profitability of our brand. Manage all online activities related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting. Manage product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement. Improve the performance of the brand by optimizing reviews, SEO, and pricing. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Maintain and develop relationships with existing as well as new customers via online and telephone calls. Develop new projects and ensure they are met. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand / company awareness. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and others. Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools and develop ways to improve. Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic. Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets. Create engaging written and visual content for campaigns. Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities. Provide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategists. Write effective, concise content for multiple platforms, websites, and social networks. Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing campaigns for a target audience. Experience in planning and buying media for product promotion. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
