Senior Associate Design & Animation

The Design & Animation Specialist will produce compelling visuals, motion graphics, and animations that power BigBaat’s campaigns, storytelling, and creator ecosystem. This role demands strong creative instincts with technical proficiency across design and animation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Create designs, illustrations, and motion graphics for campaigns.

Support creator-led content with branded assets and animations.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams on visuals.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Stay updated on design and animation trends in the digital / social space.

Required Skills / Experience

• 3–5+ years in design, motion graphics, and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, animation, and brand design.
• Ability to deliver high-quality creatives under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in digital media, entertainment, or social platforms.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools is a plus.
