We're hiring a Strategic Operations & Executive Partner to work directly with the Founder & CEO of a growing multi-venture ecosystem including :

Personal Brand
– PR, TEDx Talks, Instagram & Media
Imperial Hydroponics
– Agritech
You will act as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring execution across all projects, managing systems, and freeing up the Founder’s time for high-impact decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Track and update all active work streams across multiple businesses
Maintain live dashboards, trackers, and follow‑up systems
Assign ownership and timelines for every task discussed in meetings
Create and manage a central document repository (Google Drive, etc.)
Ensure clear naming, version control, and accessibility of documents
Manage and prioritize the Founder’s calendar based on urgency and mental bandwidth
Draft and respond to key emails, ensuring no communication thread is missed.
Prepare meeting pre‑reads, take notes, and share post‑meeting summaries
Build dashboards and weekly updates on projects, budgets, PR events, and site work
Conduct market and competitor research across AI, insurance, agriculture
Support strategy and investor deck preparation with synthesized research
Assist in building and documenting internal systems.
Coordinate media events, PR campaigns, and speaking engagements
Liaise with designers, photographers, and agencies for content
Manage personal brand calendar and follow up on deliverables
Experience
5–10 years in operations, consulting, executive support, or strategy roles
Experience working directly with founders, COOs, or senior executives preferred
Education
BBA, MBA, or Engineering background preferred
Must be comfortable with finance and analytics
