Software Engineer - AI

Role Overview

The AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize the information flows (context) that empower AI models to automate complex tasks across systems. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, prompt design, integration, and AI orchestration—ensuring that AI solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Context Analysis & Design

Deconstruct complex user stories and business workflows into actionable data flows and prompts.

Develop and maintain scalable API integrations between core systems (CRM, ERP, Databases) and AI services (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Anthropic, etc.).

Optimize for token efficiency—use the right model for the right task.

Implement AI guardrails to prevent hallucinations, prompt injection, and bias.

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in AI agents, RAG methods, and fine‑tuning strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, backend development, or data engineering.

Agile mindset – able to break down ambiguous ideas into clear, deliverable sprint tasks.
