Responsibilities
- Introduce new products to the companys existing product line while ensuring their quality through independent verification of works produced by other design teams.
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with senior executives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that effectively convey the unique value proposition of our products.
- Effectively communicate client needs to R&D teams for future product enhancements.
- Engage with customers to discuss and understand their project requirements, persuading them that our products or services are the optimal solution for meeting their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Maintain and manage current client lists, staying actively engaged to understand their status and requirements.
- Actively follow up on potential customers, respond to price quotes, and manage new business opportunities to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Identify and pursue new clients who could benefit from our products or services, maximizing customer potential within designated regions.
- Provide weekly reports to management and contribute to team efforts by achieving set monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and competition status for informed decision-making.
Educational and Professional Background
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Engineering.A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.Experience :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Steel Sales to the construction industry.At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a solid grasp of sales techniques.Technical and Industry Knowledge
Thorough understanding of current industry codes and standards related to Pre-engineered Steel Buildings.Familiar with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Tekla, Rhino, and others.Adequate understanding of the fabrication and manufacturing processes involved in Steel Structures.Key Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members worldwide. Proficient in conducting Microsoft Teams or Zoom meetings with clients.Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.Ability to solve problems, adapt to new technologies with minimal support, and work under tight deadlines.Dynamic, assertive, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
