Research Assistant

Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Research Assistant for the project titled "AI-driven evaluation of top cybersecurity behaviour models." The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a Master’s program in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Security. This position offers an opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research under the guidance of experienced faculty and to enhance skills in a collaborative environment. The role is focused on individual contribution and support towards project objectives. Prior research experience is encouraged to enhance research quality and outcomes. This position is offered for one year with a probation period of two months and the option for extension based on performance and funding availability. Responsibilities

Assist in the design and implementation of research studies related to AI-driven cybersecurity models. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support project objectives. Contribute to the preparation of research papers, reports, and presentations summarizing the findings. Collaborate with faculty members and fellow researchers to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions to cybersecurity challenges. Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress, share insights, and receive feedback. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data pertaining to the research. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in AI and cybersecurity. Support the development and enhancement of project-related software tools or applications as needed. Assist in organizing and participating in workshops, seminars, and training sessions related to the research project. Contribute to the documentation of research processes and methodologies to facilitate reproducibility. Qualifications

MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Security (or related fields). Job Details
