Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced UI / UX Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, interaction design, and deep familiarity with AI or Agentic AI products. You’ll be designing interfaces and experiences that bring intelligent systems to life — ensuring usability, clarity, and delight are at the heart of every interaction.

This role requires a Figma expert who understands not just how to design beautiful products, but how to collaborate seamlessly with developers, maintaining design fidelity throughout the handoff process.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, modern, and visually compelling interfaces for AI-powered platforms and applications.
• Lead end-to-end UX processes — from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design delivery.
• Create and manage Figma design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs with clear documentation.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine user flows and ensure consistent user experiences.
• Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
• Contribute to GrowthRune’s brand and product identity, shaping how AI feels and functions in user interfaces.
