Graphic Designer - Menu & Digital Interface Design

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on the design, editing, and management of menu images and digital assets for our online ordering platforms and KIOSK systems. This role involves a mix of visual design, basic image editing, and content management tasks to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless and visually appealing ordering experience. Responsibilities

Design, edit, and optimize menu item images for use on online ordering platforms and KIOSK systems. Upload and manage visual content across digital menu platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Collaborate with onboarding, product and marketing teams to ensure images align with promotions and product availability. Ensure that all imagery meets platform-specific requirements (e.g., resolution, size, aspect ratio). Design and update screensavers, promotional banners, and other visual content for KIOSKs and online ordering pages. Work closely with the Menu, Onboarding and Marketing Teams to align design efforts with business goals. Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards. Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in QSR, retail, or e-commerce environments. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma. Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and image optimization for web and digital displays. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple assets across platforms. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join AIO?
