Accounts & Finance Assistant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1 Job Posted on Last Date Company Impact Design International (Pvt) Ltd., Pakistan Impact Design International (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities and ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Responsibilities : - Prepare and maintain financial records, including but not limited to, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements. - Conduct monthly and year-end financial closing processes. - Monitor and review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review. - Manage the cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers. - Manage payroll processing and associated documentation. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits. Job Specification

• Proven experience as an Accounts professional ideally in the Architecture & Construction industry. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
