About the Role :
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will lead and manage sales performance across the region, ensuring consistent business growth. The role includes overseeing sales teams, developing strategic plans, and strengthening customer relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales of pharmaceutical products in Oncology, Cardiology, Critical Care, and Radiology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales growth in Oncology, Cardiology, Critical Care, and Radiology segments.
- Identify business opportunities in key hospitals and institutions.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and territory plans.
- Manage institutional and tender business.
- Conduct field visits and support the sales team through joint calls.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Pharm D, B-Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including managerial or supervisory roles.Experience with Oncology, Cardiology, Critical Care, or Radiology product lines is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to travel within the region and work under pressure.Senior level Mid-Senior level
