Take complete responsibility for the social media account of a client / s.
Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and online marketing campaigns.
Communicate and coordinate with other associates (designers, developers, etc.) to achieve the overall goals and objectives.
Work closely with others to formulate the digital media strategy for the client.
Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status Updates, Twitter posts, and LinkedIn group management.
Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendars.
Actively identify content to develop that could be valuable to community members based on listening and participation in these conversations.
Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the participant’s experience.
Closely monitor and measure the impact of social media efforts by utilizing best methods to calculate ROI.
Summarize insights obtained through tools such as Facebook Insights, Social Bakers, Social Mention, Crowdbooster etc. and send regular reports to client / s to demonstrate the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts.
Design, setup and run the advertising campaigns on behalf of the client.
Monitor, measure and report to the client the results of advertising efforts.
Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media.
Occasionally, help the company with its business development efforts by assisting in proposal writing, meeting clients, and following up with them.
