Role Overview : We are looking for a

results-driven Upwork Bidder

to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

online bidding, lead generation, and client communication

with a solid understanding of

IT and eCommerce services .

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through

Upwork and other freelance platforms .

Write

customized, winning proposals

aligned with client requirements and agency expertise.

Communicate effectively with clients via messages and calls to understand project needs.

Collaborate with the

technical team

to estimate project timelines and prepare competitive bids.

Maintain

consistent follow-ups

with potential leads to maximize conversions.

Track and report bidding performance, conversion ratios, and market trends.

Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

through professionalism and trust.

Work closely with management to achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience as an

Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

in an IT or software company.

Strong understanding of

Web & eCommerce platforms

(Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.).

Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills for proposals and client interaction.

Ability to understand client needs and convert them into actionable opportunities.

Strong

negotiation and closing

skills.

Effective

time management and organizational

abilities to handle multiple bids.

Bachelor’s degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
