Creative Director

Web-Tronix is looking for a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead our marketing and creative initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive brand strategy, develop impactful marketing campaigns, and oversee all creative aspects of content creation, ensuring consistency with the company’s vision and goals. As a key leader, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, directing the creative team, and aligning marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth. To succeed in this role, you will be a creative and analytical leader who enjoys working within a team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and implement the creative vision for the brand, ensuring all creative output is aligned with the company’s brand strategy and objectives. Lead and manage the creative team, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to deliver high-quality creative work. Strong background in graphic design, video production, and content creation, with an ability to guide and mentor designers, video editors, and content writers. Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy, ensuring creative output aligns with business goals. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to lead a team and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. QUALIFICATION :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field with a strong portfolio of work across multiple digital mediums; an advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong background in marketing, branding, and content strategy. Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. PREFERRED SKILLS :

In-depth knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and video editing / animation tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Ability to craft and execute a creative vision across content, design, and multimedia projects, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including content strategy, UI / UX design, and video content. Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing trends, and data-driven decision-making to enhance creative strategies.
