Responsibilities :

• Answering and responding to customer inquiries and complaints via calls and emails during the night shift.
• Providing excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and offering prompt and accurate solutions.
• Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Updating customer information and call logs.

We are looking for a detail-oriented truck dispatcher to dispatch our drivers to customer locations. Your duties will include communicating with customers to record requirements, planning and adjusting routes, and scheduling drivers for freight, shipments, and packages.

To succeed as a truck dispatcher, you should have extensive experience in dispatching trucks and the ability to work under pressure. An outstanding dispatcher demonstrates organizational skills that translate into exceptional freight delivery services.
