Overview

High Tech Minds, a premier sole proprietorship in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a skilled Zendesk Developer to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing cutting-edge software solutions within the accounting industry. If you are passionate about building innovative software and have a proven track record in Zendesk development, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Zendesk applications to enhance user experience.
Integrate Zendesk with other software systems used by clients in the accounting sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zendesk setup and usage.
Maintain documentation for developed applications and best practices.
Ensure timely and effective project delivery while adhering to industry standards.

Job Specification

5+ years of experience in Zendesk development.

Proficiency in APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Strong understanding of the accounting industry and its software requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience with customer support tools and software integrations.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
