The role
Reporting to : Manager – Finance (Payroll & Accounting)
Location : Pakistan
Work environment : Hybrid
Afiniti is seeking an assistant manager – global payroll who will oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll across multiple international entities. The role requires a strong understanding of global payroll practices, attention to compliance, and the ability to collaborate with regional HR and finance teams. You will ensure smooth payroll operations across our global footprint, including reconciliations, vendor coordination, and reporting accuracy.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment while helping to standardize payroll processes and improve efficiency for Afiniti’s expanding global workforce.
What will be your key deliverables
Who you are
Experience : 3+ years of global payroll experience, ideally within a multinational organization.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
