Position : Recruitment Consultant

Location : Karachi

Company : HRSI

Timings : 9 am to 6 pm - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and industries.

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Maintain and grow strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Contribute to business development through networking and talent market insights.

Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented with a passion for people.
