Job Description

Develop and implement growth strategiesfocusing on organic B2B expansion in Pakistan and targeted internationalmarkets

Craft and execute campaigns across email,social media, calling, and webinars / events to engage existing and newaudiences

Lead the planning and execution of in-personand online marketing events

Drive social media growth with educationalcontent, video testimonials, expert interviews, and success stories

Optimize TISS website with SEO, structureddata, and AI ‑ friendlycontent to ensure discoverability in AI search tools

Implement and manage ABM campaigns targetingstrategic high-value accounts

Use AI tools and analytics forpersonalization, content segmentation, predictive engagement, and campaignoptimization

Assign and track leads through the salesfunnel, ensuring strong collaboration with the sales team

Monitor campaign performance and optimizecontinuously based on data, behavior, and industry feedback

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business,or related field

Proven experience in B2B marketing

Expertise in content marketing, ABM, SEO, anddigital analytics

Familiar with AI-driven marketing tools

Comfortable leading physical events andvirtual / client events in Pakistan

Excellent collaboration with cross-functionalteams
