Job Description :
- Configuration of schemes trade offers and discounts in the system testing the schemes and ensuring their correctness.
- Configuring price structure in the system.
- Sending payment UPDs to the distributors based upon approval from Customer Marketing.
- Sending emails to the stakeholders for the updates and UPDs.
- Safe keeping of physical media and hardware.
- To perform miscellaneous administrative tasks of the department.
- Keeping track of the hardware given to the Sales and Visibility teams.
- Coordination with outside vendors for procurement and support of hardware.
- Coordination with vendors for Change Requests and enhancements in systems.
- Ensure proper Testing and deployment of Change Requests and enhancements in systems.
- Configuration of Loyalty Program and its payment process (GT WS LMTs).
- Safe keeping of hardware in stock and issuance as per need and approvals.
- Close coordination with Sales and Helpdesk team across the country.
- Conducting trainings for users Helpdesk team and the management.
- Providing support to users in IT or Business.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor in Computer Science / / Graduate in IT.1-2 years experience in the Secondary Sales Software / Secondary Sales Support department of an FMCG organizationKnowledge of Secondary Sales SystemsS&D Pro & FMCG SalesProficient in MS OfficeLocation : Karachi
