At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale the Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams. This role is critical to driving growth by ensuring every rep is supported, well-trained, and consistently achieving targets. As the bridge between leadership and the sales floor, you will oversee the entire sales funnel from outbound prospecting to closed deals while optimizing performance, training, and onboarding across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead SDRs and AEs through daily standups, setting clear activity targets, goals, and priorities.
- Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs to ensure consistent quota attainment.
- Conduct regular 1 : 1s, coaching sessions, and call reviews to improve sales execution.
Onboarding & Training
Manage onboarding of all new SDRs and AEs, ensuring a fast ramp-up and alignment with sales playbooks.Lead product, sales process, and CRM trainings to equip team members with the right tools and skills.Continuously refine scripts, playbooks, and messaging to maximize conversion rates.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to align outbound campaigns and messaging.Partner with Leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic growth plans.Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth client handoffs and strong retention.Sales Operations & Data Analysis
Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.Provide regular reporting on team performance, quota attainment, and pipeline health.Drive adoption of sales tools and maintain best practices in HubSpot CRM.What Makes You a Perfect Fit

3+ years of experience managing SDRs and / or AEs in B2B SaaS or related industries.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (experience with other CRMs is a plus).Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, or similar).Expertise in sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience developing and running onboarding / training programs.What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee daily sales operations by aligning SDRs and AEs on performance goals and priorities, monitoring dashboards, and coaching team members through 1 : 1s and call reviews. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new hires, leading sales and CRM trainings, and refining playbooks to sharpen execution. Collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership will be part of your routine to ensure messaging alignment, strong handoffs, and a healthy pipeline. You will also review data regularly to identify performance gaps and implement strategies to keep the team on track to hit and exceed quota.
