We are looking for a highly skilled
Lead Generation & Data Specialist
to support our sales and marketing teams by delivering accurate, high-quality B2B prospect data. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
data scraping, data cleaning, email generation, and email validation . This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong research abilities, and a deep understanding of B2B data workflows. Key Responsibilities
Collect targeted B2B data from LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and online databases. Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and web scraping tools. Extract company information such as size, revenue, industry, and contact details. Clean and organize raw data by removing duplicates, fixing inconsistencies, and standardizing formats. Enrich data with additional information such as social profiles, company URLs, phone numbers, etc. 3. Email Generation & Validation
Generate business emails using domain patterns and email discovery tools. Verify and validate emails through tools like NeverBounce, Hunter, ZeroBounce, or MillionVerifier. Ensure all emails meet deliverability standards and maintain a low bounce rate. 4. Quality Assurance & Reporting
Maintain strict accuracy and quality standards for all data delivered. Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports. Collaborate with sales / marketing teams to hand over final lead lists. 5. Process Optimization
Suggest new tools, scraping techniques, and automation methods to improve efficiency. Continuously refine lead generation and data validation processes. Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, data scraping, and list building. Strong web research and data mining skills. Proficiency with tools : LinkedIn Sales Navigator, web scraping tools, email validation tools. Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (filters, formulas, cleanup). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and reporting skills. (Optional) Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. Preferred Qualifications
Past experience with lead generation agencies or B2B SaaS companies. Basic understanding of cold email outreach and deliverability standards. Familiarity with automation tools (PhantomBuster, Apollo, etc.)
