Requirements :

• Education : Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in overall sales management.
• Proven experience in pipeline development and go-to-market planning and execution.
• Extensive experience in cash management.
• Ideally experienced in key account management.
• High-level decision-making and relationship-building / management skills.
• Proactive, result-driven, and capable of operating both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with direct sales and distributor management, preferably in the public sector.
• Travel : Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
