Senior UI / UX Designer - Afternoon Shift

Role  We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

This role will focus on translating user needs and business goals into effective designs through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

The designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Create user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Translate product requirements and user insights into visually engaging and functional designs.

Conduct and support UX research activities including usability testing, surveys, and user interviews.

Analyze feedback and research findings to iterate and improve design solutions.

Design pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and usability best practices.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams during sprint planning and execution.

Apply and contribute to design systems, UI patterns, and documentation.

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability benchmarks.

Prepare design assets and specifications for smooth developer handoff.

Explore AI-powered tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and design exploration while ensuring quality and relevance.

Support QA reviews to validate UX consistency and design accuracy.

Required Skills & Tools Core Skills : Wireframing & prototyping Visual and interaction design UX research & usability testing Design systems and documentation Tools : Figma (must-have) Adobe XD Maze Zeplin Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).

5-7 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer or Product Designer.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Experience working on SaaS, web, or mobile products.

Exposure to data-driven design and usability analytics.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
