Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while providing actionable insights to improve performance. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical know-how to deliver campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi‑channel digital campaigns : SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Develop content strategies that align with brand goals and audience needs.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high‑quality assets.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide detailed reports to management and stakeholders.
• Optimize campaigns through A / B testing, audience segmentation, and creative improvements.
• Conduct competitor research and stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience : 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing. Proven track record in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and SEO. Experience with analytics and marketing automation tools.
