Business Development Associate

Job Description :

Develop tailored business proposals and negotiate contracts that align with business goals.

Facilitate in developing feasibilities with in-depth literature-supported concepts and good proficiency in Ms-Excel.

Have knowledge of basic clinical project financial principles.

Present and demonstrate capabilities in developing different portfolios based on the in-house capabilities, services & offerings.

Must have a good clinical acumen to understand clinical trial protocols and respond to clients’ queries.

Support the creation of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and service-based artworks, update and optimize website content.

Help in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities to enhance service-based awareness and customer engagement.

Exhibit creative ideas in developing relevant marketing material enabling search engine optimization, social media management, and digital marketing campaigns.

Must be able to assist in conducting social media research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and areas for growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to suggest new ideas and strategies.

Develop blogs / case studies / health awareness campaigns / marketing strategies for websites, and social media platforms.

Experience :

1-2 Years of previous experience in Business Development and Marketing.

Capabilities in content and image-based SEO management and blog writing.

Clear understanding of utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, or any other online graphic designing platform (Canva, Polotno Studio) will be an edge.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in MBBS / PharmD / BBA or Marketing (with exposure to healthcare or clinical research).

MBA in Marketing or Business Strategy (would be a plus).
