Job Title : Digital Marketing Manager

Location : Onsite Gulberg, Lahore

Work hours : 02 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm PKT (Fulltime)

Reports To : Directors

Hazen Technologies Inc. is a dynamic software consulting and BPO services company specializing in delivering high-quality solutions to clients in the U.S. market.

Job Purpose

To lead, design, and execute the companys digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified B2B leads, support sales enablement, and build a strong digital footprint in the US market. The selected candidate will be reporting top leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Campaign Planning

Develop digital marketing strategies for US-based B2B clients in BPO and IT services.
Conduct competitive research and define customer personas and target segments.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns including paid ads, SEO, content, and outreach.

2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).

Drive and optimize lead generation funnels to meet MQL and SQL targets.

Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key accounts.

3. SEO & Content Marketing

Lead content strategy, editorial planning, and distribution across digital channels.

Improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic through SEO best practices.

Collaborate with writers and designers for blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.

4. Development & Design of Marketing Collateral

Develop and design sales and marketing collateral including brochures, decks, service profiles, capability statements, and email templates.

Ensure all collateral is visually appealing, aligned with brand identity, resonates client needs and supports sales goals.

Customize client-facing materials based on industry, buyer stage, and target vertical.

5. Website & Automation Tools

Guiding the development Team to optimize website performance, landing pages, and user experience for conversion.

Set up lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.

Track, analyze, and improve conversion rates (CRO).

6. Reporting & Insights

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, and LinkedIn Analytics.

Deliver monthly performance reports with key metrics, campaign ROI, and optimization insights.

7. Team & Vendor Management

Coordinate with leadership, sales and services teams for internal alignment.

Manage and mentor junior marketers, freelancers, and agency partners.

Experience, Knowledge, and Competency Matrix

Key Experience

5+ years in digital marketing (B2B, US / Europe market)

Experience in BPO / Outsourcing, SaaS, or IT services

Proven experience in Lead Generation (Top of Funnel) :

Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, landing pages, webinars, etc.

Use marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Marketo) to capture and nurture leads via email drip campaigns and remarketing.

Proven experience in

Lead Nurturing :

Create content journeys, retargeting ads, newsletters, and workflows to keep leads engaged until they are sales-ready.
