You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to students by addressing their requests, queries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role involves facilitating students at a one-window counter, processing academic documents, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The Officer will also maintain records, assist in campus operations, and contribute to achieving departmental targets.
Responsibilities :
Provide assistance to students at the one-window counter, ensuring smooth and efficient service experience.
Address and resolve student requests, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Process and manage cases related to degrees, transcripts, and exam-related documents in accordance with university guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of academic records and certificates.
Adhere to university rules, regulations, and policies while handling student matters.
Work towards achieving set departmental targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Prepare reports and documentation as required by the department.
Assist the Campus In-Charge in the smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Issue university ID cards to students following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage and distribute sports items and maintain inventory records.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, or related discipline).
Prior experience in student services, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of university policies and procedures is an advantage.
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
