We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum / Technical / Engineering Lead resource to lead and guide our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software projects / products. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives) Coach and mentor team members to adopt Agile principles and practices Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress Foster a collaborative and positive team culture Technical Leadership :

Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team Design and implement robust technical solutions Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Identify and address technical risks

Project Management :

Manage project timelines and deliverables Track project progress and report on key metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Team Management :

Manage a team of talented engineers Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements
