Manager (Litigation)

Qualifications

Fresh CA / ACMA or Business Graduate with 07 years of experience or

LLB with at least 05 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sector and 02 years of bar enrolment. Candidates having LLM shall be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for managing corporate accounts, ensuring sustained growth and profitability through effective relationship with corporate clients.
• Negotiating, drafting, and management of contracts with corporate clients
• Finalization of the contracts
• Keep contracts in safe custody and update the record regularly
• Handling of legal matters related to corporate accounts, including dispute resolution and litigation management and in collaboration with legal teams to protect the company’s legal interests.
• Analyzation of data of corporate client’s consumptions and requirements
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and present regular reports on corporate accounts performance, contract management, and litigation matters.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement
