We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketing leader who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies to drive pipeline growth and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the latest B2B marketing trends, and can oversee multi-channel initiatives across paid, organic, outbound, and brand marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that drives both growth and brand awareness.
• Own the marketing funnel end-to-end — from inbound and demand generation to lead nurturing and brand positioning.
• Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, inbound and outbound marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and strategic partnerships .
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with innovative approaches to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.
• Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals .
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house or through external resources as needed).
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics , ensuring measurable ROI across all initiatives.
