Job Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in driving growth for our U.S.-based clients by generating qualified leads, building a pipeline, and setting the stage for high-value conversions. You’ll be on the frontlines of outreach — connecting with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and booking meetings that close.
This isn’t your typical SDR role. You’ll be representing elite U.S. companies, earning in U.S. dollars (tax-free), and operating in a performance-first culture that rewards skill, discipline, and results. If you’re driven by competition, obsessed with hitting targets, and ready to take your sales career global, this is where you belong.
Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

Position solutions effectively to generate interest and secure meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain high-quality CRM documentation for transparency and funnel visibility.

Track and update lead progress through CRM and project management tools.
Coordinate with client teams to provide real-time insights on lead quality and engagement.
Report daily activity metrics and contribute to weekly strategy sessions for performance optimization.
Work closely with clients and internal managers to ensure full visibility across conversion stages.
4. Performance & Growth
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach volume, qualified meetings, and pipeline contribution.
Adapt and improve outreach tactics based on feedback and data insights.
