About the Role
Our data team is at the center of decision-making—driving insights, building scalable infrastructure, and creating tools that enable better choices every day.
As a Data Analyst , you will :
Translate business needs into scalable data models and clear analyses.Develop and manage BI dashboards (Power BI, Looker) that go beyond visualization, serving as effective decision-support tools that help stakeholders make faster, smarter, data-driven choices.Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Design and enhance data models using dbt and cloud warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).Explore AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and expand insights delivery.Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to embed data into everyday decision-making.Document business logic, metrics, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.Collaborate with client leadership to understand and prioritize reporting and analysis needs.Design scalable and reliable data models in modern data warehouses.Deliver dashboards and reports that drive action and adoption.Generate insights that influence strategy and growth.Apply AI and automation to improve how analytics is delivered.Maintain high standards of data governance and documentation.2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a top-tier tech or high-growth company.Proficiency in SQL and data modeling .Hands-on experience with at least one cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).Strong track record with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to make data accessible and compelling.Business acumen : experience defining metrics, applying business logic, and connecting analysis to impact.Personal traits : problem-solving mindset, initiative, autonomy, humility, ownership, openness to learning, critical thinking.Full-time commitment, as a foundational team member.Nice to Have
Experience with dbt .Familiarity with version control tools.Exposure to Python or other data science tools.Knowledge of ETL / ELT orchestration tools (Airflow, Fivetran).Experience with app and web analytics platforms (GA, GTM, Mixpanel).Performance-based bonuses.Flexible Remote Policy – The role is based in Pakistan, but we value work-life balance.
