Outbound Marketing Specialist

We seek an experienced Outbound Marketing Executive with

2+ years

of experience to join our team. The role focuses on driving outbound marketing campaigns and generating leads to support our sales team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns.

Identify target audiences and craft engaging messaging.

Use email, phone, other media, and events to reach prospects.

Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better results.

Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in outbound marketing or lead generation.

Hands‑on experience with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Snov and other data / email marketing platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience in B2B marketing.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Creative problem‑solving abilities.

Strong organizational skills.
