About the opportunity
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with vendors, including onboarding training tailored for specific partners, support in vendor issues, and maintaining contact with them.
- Responsible for onboarding shops / restaurants at various locations within the city.
- Work closely with the Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content Teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Research accounts, identify stakeholders and decision-makers, and generate interest in foodpanda.
- Oversee newly onboarded vendors and drive operational excellence, including performance metrics, internal tools, systems, and special projects.
- Support the development of vendors post-acquisition to maximize their potential, including onboarding and incubation processes.
- Manage and resolve vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth vendor journey and high-quality experience on the platform.
- Visit shops daily to ensure proper onboarding.
- Secure remaining strategic brands on foodpanda and ensure no category is missed in the assigned region.
- Maintain logs and update inventory records on Salesforce.
- Provide training and support during the first month of onboarding.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.3-4 years of experience in field sales or key account management.Strong work ethic, self-motivated, with integrity, and ability to lead and develop oneself and a high-performing team.Understanding of sales functions, including Channel & Category Sales.Experience managing a field sales team.Who we are
