Responsibilities
Complete provider enrollment and re-credentialing applications with commercial and government payers.
Manage CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Availity, and payer portals for credentialing updates.
Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain accurate records of credentialing and enrollment documentation.
Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with providers, office staff, and billing teams to support smooth practice operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of credentialing experience (RCM or healthcare setting).
Experience with wound care provider credentialing preferred.
Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, Availity, and payer portals.
Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
