Responsibilities

Manage and dispatch loads using

DAT Load Board

and other industry tools.

Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and brokers.

Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and problem resolution.

Maintain accurate load records and update systems regularly.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher (US-based dispatch preferred).

✅ Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

✅ Ability to consistently generate a

minimum gross of $2,000 / month .

✅ Confident in using

DAT Load Board

and related tools.

Compensation

Commission-based roles

Salary + Commission roles

(Basic salary ranges from

PKR 40,000 to 150,000

• high commissions)
