We are hiring 2 full‑time Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialists to help us grow our client base and book qualified meetings with CTOs, Hiring Managers, and Founders.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling decision‑makers, booking meetings, building pipelines, and supporting the overall recruitment sales process. This is a pure outreach and client acquisition role — ideal for someone who has worked in recruitment agencies, BPOs, call centers, SaaS sales, or tech lead‑generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound B2B calls daily to UK companies.
- Speak with CTOs, Hiring Managers, HR Directors, and Founders.
- Pitch Swift Recruitment’s services clearly and professionally.
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
- Book qualified meetings for the Director.
- Use Apollo.io to build and enrich lead lists.
- Find accurate contact details for decision‑makers.
- Identify companies hiring for tech roles (AI, ML, Software, DevOps).
- Maintain a steady flow of new leads weekly.
- Update CRM daily with calls, statuses, and follow‑ups.
- Track outreach KPIs and report performance.
- Maintain organized notes and follow‑up sequences.
- Work closely with the Director and the research team.
- Join daily / weekly meetings via Teams or Zoom.
- Support proposal sending and follow‑up when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years experience in recruitment, cold calling, BPO, SaaS, or B2B sales.Strong English‑speaking skills.Confident on the phone.Experience booking meetings and generating leads.Expert in Apollo.io (list building, filtering, exporting).Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).Ability to find and verify decision‑maker data.Excellent communication & objection‑handling skills.Strong work ethic and results‑driven mindset.Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience in a tech or IT recruitment agency.Knowledge of UK or US B2B calling.Understanding of hiring processes.Experience using tools like Clay, LinkedIn, or Lead411.Compensation
