Key Account Management and retention of existing clients / partners.
Promote new business to existing accounts.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly targets as assigned by the management.
Work with switch vendors, introduce new services, and identify new features / business tools.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of partner contacts to be made.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Able to handle recurring Business Development, wholesale Business key account Management, routing strategies, and traffic / revenues / cost analysis.
