Purpose : Operate and manage a computer terminal including database, entry and retrieval of data. Maintains confidentiality of data at all levels.

Qualifcation : Minimum Graduate From Any Reputed Institution

Experience : Minimum one Year relevent Experience

Key Performance Indicators Accountabilities

Update the relevant ERP system and analyse reports created through the database.

Follow up with all concerned staff and departments as required.

Develop, organize, update and verify scheduled reports (daily / weekly / monthly) as and when required.

Arrange and participate in relevant meetings and team discussions

Develop and maintain a proper data and information retrieval, storage / filing system.

Rectify any discrepancies before transmitting to IT

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring confidentiality where needed.

Maintain data and ensure that it is backed up, and secure.

Arrange and coordinate personal and business schedules.

Respond to routine mail, email and queries from employees and external sources in a timely manner.

Ensuring total customer satisfaction by providing quality service and efficiency.

Assist in developing and maintaining a favourable work environment.

Communicate relevant information to individuals as and when required.

Manage, control, and supervise subordinate staff as appropriate from time to time.

Any other task assigned by management.
