About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, or ICMA) with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Xero and Dext. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial management and strategic planning of the company.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Develop, implement, and review financial policies and procedures

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes

Monitor and report on financial performance against budget

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions

Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flo

Collaborate with internal and external auditors

Utilize accounting software (Xero, Dext) for financial management and reporting

Requirements :

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CA, or ICMA)

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an accounting firm

Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero and Dext

Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills
