Position Overview

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of health, education, and digital engagement. This role is responsible for designing and executing patient‑centered journeys across the full lifecycle—from awareness and onboarding, to retention, engagement, and advocacy. You’ll translate clinical expertise into empathetic, clear, and personalized communication that drives patient outcomes and long‑term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Journey Design & Execution : Build and optimize lifecycle programs across email, SMS, app, and web to nurture patients from first touch through long‑term engagement.
• Patient Education Focus : Translate clinical knowledge and treatment pathways into digestible, empathetic communication that empowers patients to understand and manage their care.
• Segmentation & Personalization : Leverage behavioral, demographic, and clinical data to deliver personalized messages that resonate with individual patient needs.
• Retention & Engagement : Develop strategies that reduce churn, increase refill adherence, and maximize long‑term patient satisfaction and lifetime value.
• Analytics & Experimentation : Track KPIs (conversion, open / click rates, churn, NPS, adherence), run A / B tests, and optimize campaigns continuously for better outcomes.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with growth, clinical, product, and creative teams to ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with Allermi’s medical accuracy and patient experience standards.
