Overview

We are looking for an energetic Design Sales Calling Agent / Chat Agent to join our growing team in Karachi.

Responsibilities

Make inbound & outbound calls to potential clients for graphic, web, and design services
Engage with leads via calls, chat, and emails, presenting tailored design solutions
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design packages
Convert inquiries into successful sales and build lasting client relationships
Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English

Experience in sales, design services, or digital agency sales (preferred)

Confident, persuasive, and results‑driven attitude

Basic knowledge of graphic design, branding, or digital services is a plus

Must be based in Karachi (onsite role)
