Mushroom Farm Manager

Bachelors of Science Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Agriculture or related field

SG Allied Businesses is looking for an exceptional farm manager to lead hi tech button mushroom production at our factory in SITE, Karachi. The individual will be in charge of planning and managing the production of button mushrooms from stage 1 till harvest. In addition to managing the production process, the individual will also be in charge of managing and assigning tasks effectively to a team of 10-12 people over the entire course of the production process.

Job Specification

• Prior knowledge of mushroom production is not necessary but a plus
• Bachelors of Science in Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Agriculture or related field
• Strong management capabilities and time management skills
• Excellent interdepartmental coordination and resource allocation
• Have a strong eye for attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Can take initiative to solve problems without ANY oversight whatsoever
• A graduate in any one of 3 fields : Science, Agriculture or Mushrooms
