Job Overview Mindwhiz is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Technical Recruiter

to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, primarily focused on IT, engineering, and estimation domains. The role requires excellent sourcing skills, market understanding, and the ability to identify and attract top technical talent for US-based clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end technical recruitment process , including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Source and engage candidates through

LinkedIn, Indeed and other professional networks.

Evaluate candidates’

technical skills and experience to match job requirements.

Build and maintain a

talent pipeline for recurring technical roles (IT, estimation, engineering, design, etc.).

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.

Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts.

Maintain accurate

recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation .

Support onboarding and ensure smooth transition for selected candidates.

Stay updated on

market trends and emerging technologies to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum

1 year of technical recruitment experience , preferably for US-based clients or tech companies.

Strong knowledge of

technical job functions (software, IT support, network security, estimation, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in

LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Microsoft Office tools .

Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
