Accurately input financial data into accounting software and Excel spreadsheets. Reconcile discrepancies in financial records. Assist in processing invoices, verifying expenses, and preparing payments to vendors. Help manage accounts receivable by tracking customer payments, sending invoices, and following up on outstanding balances. Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Monitor and categorize company expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting policies. Assist in tax-related tasks, such as gathering data for tax returns and preparing supporting schedules.
