Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads.

Schedule meetings between potential prospects and clients.

Identify, research, and target new business opportunities across international markets.

Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Follow up diligently on warm leads and nurture client relationships.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and conversions.

Qualifications 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience (US / UK market preferred).

Strong experience in cold calling and appointment setting.

Excellent English communication and listening skills.

Confident, energetic, and target-driven mindset.

Ability to work the night shift (US time zone).

Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
