Responsibilities :

Design and Development : Architect, develop, and implement a CRM system from scratch, ensuring it meets the specific needs of a service-based business.

Customization : Customize the CRM to support business processes, including customer management, service scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.

Integration : Integrate the CRM with other existing software tools and platforms used by the business.

Testing and Debugging : Conduct thorough testing to ensure the CRM is bug-free, secure, and performs efficiently.

Maintenance and Updates : Regularly update the CRM with new features and ensure the system is maintained for optimal performance.

User Support : Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or questions related to the CRM.

Job Specification

Requirements :

Proven experience in building and deploying CRM software independently.

Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Experience with database management and integration.

Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Trial Period :

A 7-day unpaid trial / test period is required to assess suitability for the role.

Monthly salary of $500 - $600 USD, depending on experience and performance.
