At APIMatic we really value leadership and ownership. We have a talented team of 35+ engineers. We are looking for someone to not only lead the current team but also be responsible for growing the team over time. They will be responsible for the execution of the product roadmap & customer deliveries. They should also be able to work with Advisors, Leadership and Middle Management to set up robust Engineering practices and processes that can help APIMatic scale faster. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, specifically in a fast moving startup environment. ESSENTIALS :

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineering leader who possesses the following requirements :

Timely delivery of key milestones (Product Roadmap & Enterprise deliveries) with high quality. Build and reinforce process to ensure Velocity & Quality of Engineering output. Career development & retention of existing technical resources. Growing the team from its current size to sufficiently account for future product development. Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results. Required Academic Qualifications :
