urban planning, architecture, infrastructure engineering, sustainability, and project management , is expanding its project delivery team for large-scale infrastructure projects across

South Punjab . We are hiring competent, dedicated, and experienced professionals for multiple roles. Available Positions! 1) Project Manager (01 Position)

Requirements : Bachelor’s / Master’s in

Civil Engineering ,

Project Management , or related discipline 10–15 years

of proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure & development projects Strong exposure to

project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in

MS Project / Primavera P6 Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills Experience working with contractors, government agencies, and consultants Key Responsibilities : Lead complete project lifecycle—from planning to execution to handover Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation Conduct high-level coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams Review project KPIs, risks, QA / QC, financial progress, and compliance Chair progress meetings and ensure timely reporting to senior management 2) Resident Engineers – RE (02 Positions)

Requirements : Bachelor’s in

Civil Engineering

(Master’s preferred) 8–10 years

of experience in infrastructure, highways, utilities, buildings, or development projects Strong command over

construction supervision, contract management, and technical coordination Solid understanding of

FIDIC conditions , QA / QC processes, and construction monitoring PEC Registration (Mandatory) Excellent communication and reporting abilities Key Responsibilities : Lead site supervision and ensure adherence to approved drawings & specifications Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and safety compliance Review shop drawings, material submittals, and IPCs Coordinate effectively between client, consultant, and contractor teams Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports 3) Assistant Resident Engineers – ARE (02 Positions)

Requirements : Bachelor’s in

Civil Engineering 4–6 years

of hands-on site supervision experience Knowledge of

utilities, roads, building structures, and QA / QC systems Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills Ability to work under RE’s guidance and manage field staff Key Responsibilities : Support Resident Engineer in technical supervision and quality assurance Oversee day-to-day construction activities and contractor compliance Maintain inspection logs, test results, and construction records Ensure on-site implementation of

health & safety

requirements Assist in resolving technical issues and reviewing site documentation 4) Site Supervisors (04 Positions)

Requirements : DAE Civil

or Bachelor’s in a related field 2–4 years

of site supervision experience in infrastructure or utilities projects Ability to read drawings, execute work instructions, and monitor workmanship Good site coordination and reporting skills Basic understanding of quality and safety procedures Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily construction operations and ensure quality compliance Monitor progress and provide updates to ARE / RE Ensure implementation of safety practices across all activities Maintain site-level documentation and issue reporting Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and field engineers What We Offer
