Main opportunities / challenges for this Job
Provide support to all business activities and ensure effective implementation of all business processes and prepare reports for effective utilization of all services.
Coordinate with management department and maintain optimal reporting and data collection standards and analyze processes to improve all operations.
Assist all external vendors to track all issues and provide enhancement to system and documents all standard operating procedures.
Develop and perform tests on new functionality and provide optimal level of support to customers and associate training.
Analyze and identify all issues in business processes and resolve all issues on everyday basis and prepare appropriate reports to be submitted to management.
Design and enhance all systems and prepare accurate data for same and coordinate with all internal and external sources to ensure efficient synchronization.
Participate in various meetings and prepare tests script and analyze all results to resolve various small-scale projects. Analyze all business requirements for all business functionality and evaluate all processes efficiently.
Main Accountabilities
Prepare designs for assigned new projects
Review design to ensure that they meet standards, support users’ needs, and comply with codes.
Meet with engineers, contractors, administrators and management regarding project programming, planning and design development requirements, and construction progress; resolve issues and provide direction on design and construction matters
Analyze space utilization and requirements as needed
Prepare presentation materials and documentation project updates
Qualifications Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Architecture, Design, or similar
Role Specific Knowledge & Experience 3-4 years of experience (preferably in designing multi-storey commercial and residential projects)
